Overview
Helping licensed professionals carry the risk their work creates.
RiskLinx is an independent professional liability advisory and brokerage. We read the policy, benchmark the program, place the coverage, and stay in the file when a claim arrives.

Why we exist
Most people buy professional liability coverage without ever being told what they bought.
That is not an accident and it is not usually anyone's bad faith. It is what happens when the person selling a policy has no obligation to explain it, and when the terms that decide a claim — defense cost treatment, consent to settle, retroactive dates, sub-limits — are buried in a document that takes an hour to read properly and arrives with a one-page summary.
RiskLinx was built to close that gap. We are independent, we represent the client rather than a carrier, and the first deliverable in every engagement is understanding: a written account of what the current program covers, where it thins out, what it costs relative to the market, and what we would change.
Only then do we go to market. Sometimes the answer is that the incumbent program is sound and the right move is to leave it alone. We say that when it is true.
What we believe
Make risk a strategic asset, not a blind spot.
Understanding before placement
A quote is not advice. Before we bring anything to market we read what exists, and the client gets that reading in writing whether or not they ever move a policy.
Independence, in practice
We are not owned by a carrier and we have no placement obligations. When the incumbent renewal is fair, we say stay. When a cheaper quote is cheaper because it strips defense costs into the limit, we say that too.
Presence at the claim
The policy either works or it does not on the day a claim is filed. Reading the reservation-of-rights letter, challenging weak coverage positions and staying with the file is part of the engagement, not a favor.
Who we work with
Licensed professionals, and the organizations they practice inside.
Individual physicians and advanced practice providers. Multi-provider group practices and clinics. Hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, post-acute and behavioral health facilities. Law firms from solo practice to multi-office.
What they have in common is that the exposure attaches to a licensed person's judgment, and the coverage protecting it is more complicated than the people buying it have been told.
Alongside that, we place the coverage that has to work next to a professional liability program: standalone cyber liability, commercial property and casualty, individual disability and individual life.

The engagement
Four steps, and you know exactly where you stand.
Strategy conversation
Thirty minutes on what you actually do, who does it with you, and what would hurt most if it went wrong. No forms yet.
Targeted assessment
Your current policies pulled apart term by term and benchmarked against the market and against comparable organizations.
Executive findings
A written summary a board or a managing partner can read in one sitting, with a recommendation and the reasoning behind it.
Ongoing oversight
Renewal strategy set months ahead, mid-term changes handled, claims advocated, and an annual re-benchmark so the program does not drift.
